How close to compliant is “mostly aligned”?
For typical rectangular plots in currently supported jurisdictions, the bylaw heuristics catch obvious failures — setbacks, FAR, coverage, parking ratios. Edge cases (corner plots, mixed-use zones, recent bylaw amendments, sector plans, height-restricted heritage zones) need human review. The validation log flags what we're confident about and what we’re not. Treat green ticks as “review starting point” — not “sanctioned.”
Can I export the plan to AutoCAD?

What if my plot is irregular or sloped?

Slope handling is automatic: foundation depth, drainage routing, wall thickness, and roof pitch all adapt with reference to NBC §1.4, NBC §5.3, and ECBC §4.2.1. Always verify the structural numbers with your engineer before pouring concrete.
How accurate is the Vastu scoring?
Scores are calculated against 16-direction zoning rules from Manasara, Mayamata, and Brihat Samhita — not generic tips. Each room placement is graded for its zone (e.g. kitchen in SE = +12; in NE = -8) and a weighted average produces the final 0-100 score.
Do you support Hindi and regional languages?
