  • Contact Information: Your WhatsApp phone number, which is used to deliver floor plans and communicate with you.
  • Usage Data: Interaction logs including messages sent, buttons clicked, floor plans generated, and service preferences.
  • Device Information: Browser type, IP address, and device information collected automatically when you visit our website.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate and deliver AI-powered floor plans, CAD exports, and interior renders based on your plot specifications.
  • To communicate with you via WhatsApp regarding your design requests and deliverables.
  • To improve our layout engine, Vastu scoring algorithms, and overall service quality.
  • To provide cost estimates and architectural reports as requested.
  • To send service updates and respond to your inquiries.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Your session data (plot details, generated layouts, and preferences) is stored in-memory during your active session and is not persisted to a permanent database. Generated PDF and DXF files are stored temporarily on our servers for delivery and are periodically cleaned up. WhatsApp conversation data is processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business API infrastructure.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • WhatsApp Business API (Meta): For message delivery and customer communication.
  • RunPod: For AI image generation (interior renders). Plot data is sent for processing only.
  • Render: For hosting our backend API server.
  • Vercel: For hosting our website with standard analytics.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. All data transmission between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Cross-Border Transfer: Your data may be processed by third-party services (WhatsApp, Vercel, Render, RunPod) whose servers may be located outside India, in accordance with the provisions of the DPDP Act.
