GrehYug ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered architectural design services via WhatsApp, our website, our mobile app, or any associated platforms.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Plot Details: Plot dimensions (width, depth), facing direction, number of bedrooms, and setback requirements that you provide for floor plan generation.
• Contact Information: Your WhatsApp phone number, which is used to deliver floor plans and communicate with you. In our mobile app, your phone number identifies your account, saved designs, and subscription/credit balance.
• Room Photos: Photos you upload (from camera or gallery) for AI interior redesign. Photos are processed by AI and temporarily stored, then auto-deleted.
• Location (optional): In the mobile app, your device location is captured only when you run a Vastu site audit and only with your permission, to analyse your plot's facing and site directions.
• Usage Data: Interaction logs including messages sent, buttons clicked, floor plans generated, and service preferences.
• Device Information: Browser type, IP address, and device information collected automatically when you visit our website.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To generate and deliver AI-powered floor plans, CAD exports, and interior renders based on your plot specifications.
• To communicate with you via WhatsApp regarding your design requests and deliverables.
• To improve our layout engine, Vastu scoring algorithms, and overall service quality.
• To provide cost estimates and architectural reports as requested.
• To send service updates and respond to your inquiries.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Your session data (plot details, generated layouts, and preferences) is stored in-memory during your active session and is not persisted to a permanent database. WhatsApp conversation data is processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business API infrastructure.

Specific retention windows:

• User-uploaded plot inputs: 90 days from submission, then auto-deleted.
• Generated plans (PDF / DXF / renders): 12 months from generation, then auto-deleted unless you request earlier removal.
• Payment transaction records: 8 years, as required under the Income Tax Act and GST Act of India.
• Account / contact details: retained until you submit a deletion request to grievance@grehyug.com; deleted within 30 days of receipt.
• Server access logs: 30 days, then purged.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• WhatsApp Business API (Meta): For message delivery and customer communication.
• AI Processing Partners: For AI image and video generation. Plot data is sent for processing only and not stored.
• Render: For hosting our backend API server.
• Vercel: For hosting our website with standard analytics.
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms): For measuring the performance of our advertising. When you visit our site, this sends Meta your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you view, and — if you complete a purchase — the order value and the product purchased. It does not receive your name, phone number, email address, uploaded drawings, or any plot or layout data.
• Google Analytics: For understanding how visitors use our site so we can improve it.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. All data transmission between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data that we hold.
• Request deletion of your data from our systems.
• Opt out of receiving marketing communications.
• Request corrections to any inaccurate information.

8. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies for functionality (e.g., form state), analytics cookies to understand how the site is used, and an advertising cookie set by the Meta Pixel so we can measure which of our ads bring people here. 9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act)

In compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we affirm the following:

• Lawful Purpose: We process your personal data only for lawful purposes directly related to providing our architectural design and legal document generation services, with your explicit consent.
• Data Principal Rights: As a Data Principal, you have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request erasure of your data, and nominate a person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
• Consent Withdrawal: You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 9990048048. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing done prior to withdrawal.
• Data Fiduciary Obligations: As a Data Fiduciary, GrehYug maintains reasonable security safeguards, ensures data accuracy, deletes data once the purpose is fulfilled, and publishes the contact details of a designated grievance officer.
• Cross-Border Transfer: Your data may be processed by third-party cloud services whose servers may be located outside India, in accordance with the provisions of the DPDP Act.
