The six Shadvarga signatures (Aaya, Vyaya, Yoni, Nakshatra, Vara, Tithi) are computed strictly from your plot length, breadth, and height per Manasara Chapter 64 verses 63 to 72 and Mayamata 9.18 to 20a. Different schools (Manasara vs Mayamata vs Kashyapa) apply the same numerology differently — Mayamata is stricter for residences. A traditional Sthapati may interpret the same result against additional regional rules not encoded here.
