By accessing or using GrehYug's services — including our website (grehyug.com), WhatsApp-based design service, and any associated tools — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

GrehYug provides AI-powered architectural design services including:

• Automated residential and commercial floor plan generation based on plot dimensions and preferences.
• Vastu-compliant layout optimization with directional scoring.
• PDF floor plan documents and DXF/AutoCAD-compatible exports.
• AI-generated interior visualization renders.
• 5D cost estimation and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) reports.

3. Nature of Generated Plans

Important: All floor plans, layouts, and designs generated by GrehYug are conceptual in nature and are intended for preliminary design reference only. They are not structural engineering drawings and should not be used directly for construction without review and approval by a licensed architect or structural engineer. GrehYug does not assume liability for any construction undertaken based solely on our generated plans.

4. Vastu Compliance Disclaimer

Our Vastu scoring system is based on traditional Vastu Shastra principles adapted to modern construction. Vastu scores and directional recommendations are provided as guidance and may vary based on interpretation. We do not guarantee any specific Vastu compliance outcome, and placement decisions should be discussed with a Vastu consultant if precise compliance is required.

5. Legal Document Drafting Service

GrehYug offers an AI-powered legal document drafting tool that generates templates for common Indian property documents (Sale Deed, Rent Agreement, Gift Deed, Power of Attorney, etc.). By using this service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Technology platform, not a law firm: GrehYug is a technology company providing document preparation and formatting services. We are not a law firm, do not practice law, and do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation.
• Draft documents for reference only: All documents generated by our AI tool are preliminary drafts intended for reference purposes only. They do not constitute final legal instruments until independently reviewed, verified, and approved by a qualified advocate enrolled under the Advocates Act, 1961.
• Mandatory professional review: You must have all generated documents reviewed by a registered advocate or legal professional before execution, signing, registration, or submission to any authority. GrehYug strongly recommends independent legal review of every document.
• User responsibility for accuracy: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information entered into the document generator. GrehYug does not verify the legal validity, correctness, or completeness of user-provided data.
• Registration and stamp duty: Property documents in India must comply with applicable state Stamp Acts and the Registration Act, 1908. You are responsible for printing documents on stamp paper of the prescribed value and registering them at the appropriate Sub-Registrar office.
• No liability for legal consequences: GrehYug shall not be liable for any legal consequences, financial loss, disputes, penalties, or claims arising from the use of AI-generated documents — whether used with or without independent legal review.
• No attorney-client relationship: Use of the legal document drafting service does not create an attorney-client, solicitor-client, or any professional legal relationship between you and GrehYug.

6. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate plot dimensions, facing direction, and other specifications.
• You must verify that generated plans comply with your local municipal building codes, bylaws, and FAR/FSI regulations before construction.
• You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our generated designs for commercial resale without authorization.
• You are responsible for obtaining necessary government approvals and permits for any construction project.

7. Intellectual Property

The GrehYug name, logo, layout engine algorithms, and website content are the intellectual property of GrehYug. Floor plans generated for your specific plot dimensions are licensed to you for personal use and may be shared with your architect, contractor, or builder. You may not commercially redistribute generated designs or claim them as your own proprietary work.

8. Pricing and Payments

GrehYug offers both free and paid tiers. Pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated at any time. Paid services are billed as one-time fees per project. 9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, server updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from service downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrehYug shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
