GrehYug is a 100% digital service. There are no physical products and no shipping costs — every deliverable reaches you over the internet.
1. Nature of Service
GrehYug, operated by AJNA DRISHTI ESTATE LLP (LLPIN: ACJ-8071), provides AI-generated residential architectural deliverables in digital form only. All outputs — floor plans (PDF), CAD drawings (DXF/DWG), Vastu reports, magazines, 3D renders, walkthrough videos, and any other deliverables — are delivered electronically. We do not ship physical goods of any kind.
2. Delivery Channels
- WhatsApp Business API: Primary delivery channel. Deliverables are pushed to the WhatsApp number you registered with at checkout.
- Email: Backup / parallel delivery, when an email address is provided at checkout.
- Web Dashboard: Active deliverables are also accessible at grehyug.com/my-projects after login.
3. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery windows by product:
- AI Floor Plan (PDF + DXF): Typically within 2 minutes of payment confirmation.
- Vastu Intelligence Report: Typically within 5 minutes of payment confirmation.
- BOQ & Costing PDF: Within 30 minutes of payment confirmation.
- 3D Walkthrough Video: 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on style and complexity.
- Elevation Render Library: Within 10 minutes of payment confirmation.
- Custom Elevation / Magazine / White-label Builder Pack: Up to 48 business hours, with status updates over WhatsApp.
In rare cases of system load, network latency, or third-party AI provider slowdown, delivery may exceed the windows above. We will notify you over WhatsApp within 1 hour of any expected delay.
4. Delivery Charges
GrehYug does not charge any shipping, handling, courier, or delivery fee. The product price listed on the pricing page is the only amount payable by you, inclusive of digital delivery.
5. Failed or Missed Delivery
If a deliverable fails to reach you in the expected window:
- Step 1: Check your WhatsApp media folder and email spam/promotions folder.
- Step 2: Re-trigger delivery from your dashboard at grehyug.com/my-projects.
- Step 3: Contact support@grehyug.com or WhatsApp +91 9990048048. We respond within 4 working hours.
- Step 4: If delivery cannot be completed within 7 calendar days from your original payment date, you are eligible for a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. International Delivery
Because every deliverable is digital and delivered over WhatsApp / email / web, GrehYug serves customers globally without geographic restriction or international shipping charges. Note that Indian regulatory and Vastu Shastra references in our plans assume Indian architectural context unless customised at checkout.
