What exactly does the 16-page magazine contain?
A full editorial PDF: hero cover with your branding, floor plan spread, room-by-room luxury renders (kitchen, drawing, master, bedrooms, bath, balcony), a Vastu card with 8-zone wheel + remedies, a climate + site page with satellite map, and a contact/CTA page. Standard includes 4 hero renders; Premium ships richer luxury renders across 8 room types plus a full builder identity page extracted from your visiting card.
Do I need a layout you generated?
No. You upload the floor plan (PDF, JPG or PNG — builder drawing, brochure photo, even a clean sketch). Our engine extracts rooms and dimensions, scores Vastu + green metrics, and composes the magazine around them. Layouts generated through our ₹3,999 Layout-complete bundle get richer per-room data and a stronger Vastu read.
Can I put my own builder brand on it?
Yes — that's the point. Upload your visiting card and our engine extracts your name, phone, email, address and logo onto the cover, identity page (Premium), and back cover. You can also override the address field manually before generation.
How are the room renders generated?
Our engine runs a tuned AI image pipeline with multiple production styles and auto-routes per room type. Premium uses richer styling and more rooms. These are aspirational marketing renders, not photographs of the actual property — every brochure says so on the back cover.
Is the magazine printable?
Yes — PDF is generated at A4 with bleed-safe margins. You can hand it to a local printer for a glossy 16-page booklet. Most builders bind a stack at ₹40–80 per copy.
How fast is the turnaround?
Standard ships in ~3 minutes after upload. Premium takes ~5–7 minutes because of richer renders. Both are delivered on WhatsApp + email automatically.
Can I generate multiple magazines for one project?
Yes. For multi-unit developments, batch generation is available — message us on WhatsApp with your unit list and we'll quote a project rate (lower per-unit than the listed SKU price for 10+ units).
Refund if I don't like the result?
Refunds within 24 hours of delivery if the engine materially failed to extract your floor plan or visiting card. Refunds are not available because you want a different render style — but we will regenerate with the second palette at no charge.
