How is the price per video — one-time or subscription?

Yes. You buy a perpetual commercial usage licence with the video — use it on YouTube, Instagram, your website, sales gallery, WhatsApp campaigns, paid ads. No royalties, no upgrade fees.

Can I make changes to the video — change voice, music, or scenes?
Currently you pick a tile that matches your project; the voice, language, music and scene order are baked in for that tile. If you need a fully bespoke walkthrough (your specific layout, custom narration), we offer that as a Phase-2 premium SKU starting ₹15,000.
Will it work on a tile that does not match my property type?
We show clearly what each tile is recommended for (BHK, plot size, architectural style). Pick the closest match. If nothing fits in the current 55 tiles, we add 4–8 new tiles to the library every month based on customer requests.
Resolution and aspect ratio?
All tiles are rendered at 1280×720 (720p HD) in 16:9 landscape. Sliding Walkthrough tier is ~40 seconds, Mid Luxury ~50 seconds, Premium ~56 seconds. Vertical 9:16 crop available on request for Instagram Reels and Stories.
Voice narration — what languages?
Most Mid Luxury and Premium tiles ship with English narration. A growing subset ships with Hindi voice (8 tiles as of May 2026). Sliding Walkthrough tier is instrumental (no narration) to keep it under ₹2,000.
What if I do not like the final video?
You can preview every tile's full 5-second sample on the library page before paying. The final branded video uses the exact tile you previewed, just with your logo overlay and builder name composited via ffmpeg. The motion, scenes, voice and music remain identical to the preview. Refunds within 24 hours if the branded output materially differs from the previewed tile.
