Won't I lose billable concept-iteration hours?
You'll lose hours, but you'll gain margin. Concept iteration is heavily billed at junior rates and is the lowest-margin phase of residential work. Sanction-stage drawings, structural coordination, and supervision are the high-margin phases. Compress concept, expand the high-margin work — net positive.
Is the engine output suitable for sanction submission?
No — and the kit explicitly says so on multiple pages. You produce sanction-stage drawings under your professional license. The engine output is concept-grade, used as YOUR starting reference. Your sanction submission, your COA registration, your professional liability.
Can I white-label the concept book with my firm's branding?
Currently the back cover carries a small GrehYug mark. White-label / firm-tier pricing is on the Q3 2026 roadmap — talk to us on WhatsApp if your practice would scale on white-labelled output.
Does the engine handle commercial / mixed-use / institutional?
V1 is residential plotted only (1-6 BHK, 1-4 floors, single-family). Apartments, commercial, institutional, mixed-use are out of scope. For residential plotted work the engine covers most Indian construction; for other typologies you'll still start from blank canvas.
