Will my architect accept the GrehYug output?
Most architects we've worked with appreciate it — it shortens their concept-generation phase from 2-3 weeks to one meeting. A few prefer to start from scratch as a matter of professional preference. Both are fine — the kit is YOUR concept-grade reference, your architect produces the sanction-stage drawings either way.
Is the engine's plan Vastu-compliant?
Yes — every layout passes a Vastu floor gate (master SW / kitchen SE / puja NE / etc.) before delivery. Manasara and Mayamata are cited verse-by-verse in the concept book. Edge-case compromises (e.g. plot too small to honour all zones) are explicitly flagged with the reason.
What if my plot has unusual constraints (irregular shape, sloped, narrow)?
Rectangular plots from 20×40 to 80×120 ft are V1 production-ready. Irregular / triangular / corner plots are supported with conservative fallback handling and an explicit caveat in the concept book. For very narrow plots (<15 ft), slopes >10°, or hill regions, the engine flags it and routes to conservative defaults.
Do I get structural / RCC details?
The concept book includes RCC reference notes (column grid 10-14 ft, wall hierarchy 9″ external + 4½″ partitions, beam-slab depths for typical spans) — concept-grade only. Actual structural design must come from a licensed structural engineer per IS 456 / IS 13920 for your specific seismic zone.
