How is this different from hiring an architect?
An architect produces sanction-stage drawings — signed, stamped, structurally verified, jurisdiction-compliant. Our engine produces concept-grade output — fast, cheap, design-language exploration. The two are complementary: most customers use our output to ALIGN with their architect quickly, then the architect produces the actual sanction-stage drawing. We never claim to replace your architect.
Will the local authority sanction my plan based on the Layout-complete output?
No — and the concept book explicitly says so on multiple pages. Sanction requires a licensed architect's signature on jurisdiction-specific drawings (RCC structural, plumbing, electrical, fire). Our engine encodes 23 jurisdiction bylaw families for setback + FAR + coverage compliance at the concept level, but the actual sanction submission must come from a registered architect/engineer.
Does the engine handle Vastu correctly?
Yes — the engine has 8 facing-specific runners (N, NE, E, SE, S, SW, W, NW) each enforcing Vastu zone policy (master SW / kitchen SE / puja NE / etc.) per Manasara and Mayamata. Every layout passes a Vastu floor gate. The Vastu Live-Compass scan shows you exactly where the engine compromised and why.
Can I edit the plan after generation?
Yes — the DXF is fully editable in AutoCAD / QCAD. The web preview supports basic drag-room editing (we regenerate the PDF after edits). For substantive design changes, hand the DXF to your architect.
Which Indian cities are supported?
Setback + FAR + coverage rules are encoded for 23 jurisdictions — Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad, Noida, Mumbai (DCPR 2034), Pune (UDCPR), Bengaluru (BBMP), Hyderabad (G.O.168), Chennai (TNCDBR), Kolkata (WBMBR), Ahmedabad (CGDCR), Indore/Bhopal (MP BVN), Bhubaneswar (ODA), Patna (Bihar BBL), Ranchi (Jharkhand BBL), Guwahati (GMDA), Srinagar (J&K UBBL), Lucknow + UP cities (Model 2025), Jaipur + Rajasthan (Model 2025), and more. Cities outside this list use a Delhi-conservative fallback with explicit disclosure.
What plot sizes / shapes are supported?
Rectangular plots from 20×40 ft up to 80×120 ft are V1 production-ready. Irregular shapes / corner plots / triangular plots are supported with conservative fallback handling — disclosed in the concept book if your plot is in that category. Plots above 80×120 ft on request — message us on WhatsApp.
How fast is the turnaround?
Layout-complete (₹3,999): ~5 minutes for the floor plan + concept book PDF, ~12 minutes total including 3D GLB and 5D BOQ. Layout + Look Book (₹5,999): ~15 minutes. Full Bundle with Premium Walkthrough (₹10,999): ~18 minutes. All deliveries are pushed to WhatsApp + email automatically.
Refund policy?
Refunds within 24 hours of delivery if the engine materially failed to generate the requested facing/BHK/plot size, or if the output has structural defects (overlapping rooms, missing bedrooms vs requested BHK count, broken Vastu gates). Refunds are not available because the rendered direction or aesthetic isn't what you hoped — that's interpretation, not engine error.
